To put it Simpl. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange items within 14 days of arrival.
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from Simpl. Fins is faulty, we have a ‘full refund’ returns policy*.

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of arrival
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or there was a packing error
  • If the product is faulty, We’ll need a photo showing the defect/fault (sent to hello@simplfins.com.au), which will speed up the returns process for you

RETURNS PROCESS
If you do need to return an item you have purchased, please follow these simple steps
1. Email us with your order number to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item
2. We will reply with instructions for the returns process.
3. Full refunds will be processed to your credit card or bank account once products are received and inspected. Alternatively, products for exchanges will be dispatched and tracking details forwarded once they ship.
